I can't say enough about Sean. He was so very helpful in setting up a remote desktop for our office. Sean has the patience of a Saint. He answered every question without making me feel stupid-even when he had to repeat himself because I didn't get it the first couple of times.
When our system crashed, Sean came to the office right away, and got us back up and running by the afternoon.
I know I can count on him to be there, and that is important to me and our company.

When I told Sean that my laptop would only charge when I held the cord a certain way he told me he could fix it. Sean replaced the power jack on my laptop and it is good as new and I have had no problem with it since.
